About

unnamed

I am currently an assistant professor in the Physics department of Boğaziçi University (Istanbul, Turkey). I am also an associate member of ICTP (Trieste, Italy), an associate in the Department of Theoretical Physics at Steklov Institute of Mathematics (Moscow, Russia), and a visiting researcher at the Mathematics Department of Khazar University (Baku, Azerbaijan). I am the project leader of the “Istanbul Integrability and Stringy Topics Initiative”.

Before coming to the Bogazici University, I was an assistant professor in the Physics Department at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (Istanbul, Turkey), and a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (Albert Einstein Institute Potsdam-Golm, Germany). I received my PhD in Theoretical Physics from the Humboldt-University Berlin in 2016, under the supervision of Jan Plefka. I belong to Emil Akhmedov’s scientific school.

My research interests focus on theoretical and mathematical physics, with main interests in string theory, supersymmetric gauge theories, and integrable models. I am also interested in mathematical topics such as special functions, low-dimensional topology, divergent series, etc. All my papers can be found on INSPIRE and Google Scholar. Look at my research, publications, and talks pages to learn more about what I do.
